Contracts

Within a few days of being assigned to a headword within the website you will receive an email asking you to return to a specific area of site to add your full contact details (or, if you have already done this via the headword interface, to confirm your details). Upon completion, a contract will be sent to your email address.

You will be required to add your details to the contract, print and sign two copies, and return both copies by snail mail to the Publisher. The Publisher will counter-sign both copies and return one copy to you. Contracts should be sent to:

Only one author per contract will be allowed. Authors of multiple entries may list all their entries on a single contract, to combine them in one document, but there cannot be more than one author per contract.
